TOUR FROM OUARZAZATE TO ERG CHEBBI DESERT 3 DAYS
There is nothing more genuine than going on a desert trip to the Merzouga desert with a local guide, and our Merzouga Dunes Tour from Ouarzazate is also great for a quick weekend vacation.
DAY 1: OURAZAZATE -
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your lodging and driven from Ouarzazate to the palm grove of Skoura through the Road of the Thousand Kasbahs (with a stop at the Kasbah of Amrédhyle). The next stop will be at the Valley of the Roses. We travel onward from that point. On a route that is fifty kilometres long, beginning in Kalaa M'gouna, we travel through the Valley of the Roses and pay a visit to nomads who live in caves. We will have tea with them, and we will have the opportunity to talk with them about their traditions while also having fun with their children. In the Kasbah of Ait Youl, we begin our descent into the Dades Valley.
After that, we continued on to the Dades Gorges and had lunch there. Drive through the Valley of the Dades to Boumalne in the afternoon, and then continue on to Tinghir, where you will eventually arrive to the Gorges of the Toudra. Dinner and sleep at Kasbah.
DAY 2: TOUDRA GORGES -
After breakfast and a walk along the gorges of the Toudra, and we went out to meet Erfoud passing through several towns Berberes Tinjdad, Touroug, (lunch on the site), and the Touroug, stop in Erfoud marble capital and fossils in Morocco, and the Merzough Then, we go to the most spectacular dunes in Morocco, the Merzouga Erg Chebbi, which are the highest in the country. Rest and have a cup of tea, and then at 16:H in the afternoon, be ready to ride in dromedary as we travel to the dunes to watch the sunset. We will be sleeping behind the vast dunes of Erg Chebbi, which are located around 1 hour and 30 minutes into the journey, in the desert. Dinner and lodging at camp Bereber for the night.
DAY 3: MERZOUGA -
Get up before sunrise to catch a glimpse of the breathtaking sunrise, then make your way back to the Dromedaries before heading back to the hotel to have a shower and refuel with breakfast. And make our way back to Ouarzazate via Rissani, where we will make a pit stop to see the town's historic medina as well as its market, which is often regarded as the largest in the southern region of Morocco. Then, we will travel along the road, going through Berber villages such as Alnif, Tazarine, and Nkob. After that, we will bequeath the largest valley in Morocco, the Draa Valley, which is located within the valley.
