Discover the wonders of Morocco on a private tour led by knowledgeable local guides and including a bespoke itinerary. Along the way, you will pass through a variety of landscapes, ranging from the coast of the Atlantic to the fertile plains to the desert of the Sahara.
DAY 1: CASABLANCA
After hotel picks up we explore Casablanca, where you will see the Hassan II Mosque. This mosque is the third largest in the whole wide universe. After that, we will make our way to your hotel.
DAY 2: CASABLANCA -
Our private tour of Morocco continues today with a trip to Rabat, the capital of Morocco, where we will see the Hassan Tower, the Mohammed V Mausoleum, and also the Oudayas Kasbah. Following that, we make our way to Meknes, an imperial city that dates back to the early days of Morocco. We will see significant landmarks and attractions, like the ancient medina, where we will have dinner and spend the night in a local riad.
DAY 3: MEKNES -
Following breakfast, the next stop on our private tour of Morocco is the archaeological site of Volubilis, where you will get the opportunity to visit famous Roman remains. After that, we make our way to Meknes, the historic capital of Morocco, to see that city's most fascinating monuments. We will arrive in Fes in the late afternoon, and after exploring the city's medina, we will spend the night in a local riad.
DAY 4: FES -
The third day of our private tour of Morocco begins with a drive to Ifrane, a stunning mountain hamlet that is sometimes referred to as the Switzerland of Morocco. We will make a halt in the midst of the Atlas Mountains next to a cedar forest where you will be able to witness monkeys enjoying their freedom. Our journey continues as we make our way to the Berber settlement of Azrou, which is located in the biggest cedar forest in Morocco. After that, we travel to the city of Midelt, which is well-
DAY 5: MIDELT -
Our private tour of Morocco continues today as we make our way from the town of Midelt, which is known for its mineral deposits and pleasant summer temperatures. We'll go down Ziz Valley, then head to Erfoud to see the fossils and other offerings there. In Rissani, we may go to the local souk and eat pizza made with Berber ingredients. In the evening, we make it to the desert of Merzouga. Enjoy a camel ride. Spend the night in one of our ordinary or deluxe Merzouga desert tents (please let us know which one you prefer when you contact us).
DAY 6: MERZOUGA -
After seeing the dawn from a high dune in the early morning, we will continue camel trekking to our accommodation in Merzouga. Following breakfast, we will continue our private tour of Morocco in the direction of Rissani and Erfoud, where we will stop at a factory and stores specializing in fossil marble. After that, we go through Tinjdad and Tinghir, and the Todra Gorges will be our next stop after that. Climbers will find themselves in nirvana here, and you will have plenty of time to explore it all on your own. In the afternoon, we will continue our journey to the Dades Valley, where we will check into a riad or hotel.
DAY 7: DADES GORGES -
Today we make our way toward Marrakech, stopping in Ouarzazate along the way. Both film studios and the adjacent kasbah are open to the public for tours here. DAY 8: MARRAKECH TOUR
The next stop on our private tour of Morocco is Marakech, which we will investigate in further detail today. Following our tour of the Koutoubia Minaret in the morning, we will continue our exploration of Medina by going to the mausoleum, as well as the Bahia Palace, the beautiful Menara gardens, and the Majorelle gardens, all of which are located in the modern portion of the city known as Gueliz. You'll discover a good number of contemporary eateries and cafes in this area. You will have the opportunity to explore Marrakech on your own, both in the ancient and modern sections of the city.
