The sunset tour will start either one or two hours before the actual sunset. It takes roughly a half an hour by camel to reach the large sand dunes of Erg Chebbi.

After that, we will leave the camels and in approximately 60 meters you will reach the highest dune of Erg Chebbi. From there, you will see a panoramic view, or you must climb to the summit. You will need another ten minutes to reach the summit of the trail. If you would rather not climb to the top of the tallest dunes, the area near where the camels "park" is an excellent vantage point from which to view the sunset. After taking in the beauty of the setting sun, make your way back to the town to meet.
