Erg Chegaga in the Sahara Desert is the destination of this genuine travel experience. The first day of your two-
DAY 1: OUARZAZATE -
Early departure from Ouarzazate in a 4x4 headed for M'hamid over the Anti Atlas Mountains to reach Agdez, which is where the Daa valley begins, we pass a nice route studded with Berber settlements and verdant oasis that cross the huge palm grove of the Valley Draa (more large region producing dates in Morocco) Lunch will be provided at Zagora, and in the afternoon, you will continue on to M'hamid, the valley's last settlement. The paved road comes to an end here, and from here on out we will be traveling down a track in the direction of the dunes of Chegaga. Take a camel ride across the desert and watch the sun set over the sand dunes. In the middle of the desert, you will have dinner and spend the night in a bivouac underneath a nomad's tent.
The desert camp provides both dinner and lodging for guests.
DAY 2: CHEGAGA -
After breakfast, we will make our way to Ouarzazate through the route that goes between the dry lake of the Draa and the Erg Chegaga, passing by Lake Iriqui and Foum Zguid on the way. The Dawn show will be the first thing we witness in the morning. Keeping on with the journey. Afternoon meal at the Taznakht (known for its carpets). Arrival in Ouarzazate late afternoon.
